Well hi again... I am kinda back right now. First thing I am gonna tell you is, that this blog will change a lot over the next few weeks. Ifup-ath0 will still be packed with computer stuff but I'll try to post a lot personal, not pc related pictures, too. Don't worry I am not gonna write about what I did last day and I won't be bitching about how bad my life sucks... Well I guess the only thing that is gonna change is, that there will be a lot more pics in here. No worrys. Well yeah, after going through SuSe 10.1, Ubuntu, Koroonaa and ELive I currently set up vista rc1 on my notebook. I know all about the issue that MS sucks and how they control you with their new OS. BUT... I was supprised how they improved lots of things. Sure most of the gimmics were availabile under linux/ unix based systems a lot earlier but vista even manages to use a SD or a USB flash drive as some sort of RAM. This means vista boots really fast, MS set's the goal to 3 seconds. My OS is booting in like 15s now... For those of you using linux... that's just awesome. RC1 is actually really stable.
